After every guest leaves, we clean to guest-ready standard — and you get a photo report the same day: how the home looks, any damage we found, anything running low. You see your property after every single stay, from wherever you live.
We keep your Airbnb or Vrbo listing complete and current — description, photos, amenities — request a review after every stay, reply to guest reviews, and send you a short monthly summary. No bookings, no rents, no deposits in our hands: the business side stays yours. The presentation side is ours.
Optional home-watch visits with photos — air conditioning, leaks, mail, storm checks — so an empty week never turns into an expensive surprise.
We're a real local company, operating since 2023 — and certified as a Pinellas County Small Business Enterprise (SBE). Licensed and insured — general liability $2M per occurrence / $4M aggregate. Workers' Compensation — ERGO NEXT, with Employer's Liability of $1,000,000 / $1,000,000 / $1,000,000 and a blanket waiver of subrogation. The owners are background-checked through Checkr (October 2026, clear) — and every team member is screened before their first visit to any home. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. We earn the keys every stay.

Meet a contractor or receive a delivery at the property: $75 per visit.
Post-storm check: $149–$199.
Pre-arrival preparation before a guest stay (final walkthrough, climate set, restock check): $89.
