Effective date: November 6, 2026
Harold Cleaning Services LLC ("Harold Cleaning Services," "we," "us") runs this website and our online quote form. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect here, what we never collect, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. If anything on this page ever changes, the updated policy will be published on this same page before the change takes effect.
What we collect — and why
Anonymous quote statistics. When you use our quote form to calculate a price, we record anonymous statistics about the calculation itself: the date and time, the type of service, the size of the space and options you selected, the price shown to you, and whether you went on to send the quote or not. These statistics help us keep our prices fair and understand which services people ask about. They contain no name, no phone number, no email address, and we do not store your IP address with them — a statistic can never be traced back to you.
Your contact details — only if you send your quote. If you tap "send" on the quote form (by WhatsApp or email), you are asking us to contact you about that quote. Only then do we save the details you chose to include — such as your name, your preferred date, and the details of your quote — so we can reply, prepare your written quote, and follow up on that request.
What we never collect
- We do not record what you type if you don't press send. Calculating a price happens in your own browser. If you close the page without sending, nothing you typed is transmitted to us or stored.
- We never ask for Social Security numbers, bank accounts, or card numbers on this website or in the quote form.
- We do not track your precise location.
- We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell browsing data — this site has no Google Analytics and no advertising pixels.
We do not sell or share your information
We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing. Your information is seen only by the Harold Cleaning Services team and by the technical provider that hosts this website, which stores it on our behalf and does not use it for itself.
How long we keep it
- Raw anonymous quote statistics are kept for up to 90 days; after that, only monthly totals remain (counts by service, size and price range), which are anonymous and may be kept indefinitely.
- Contact details from a quote you sent are kept for up to 12 months if the quote does not become a service. If you become a customer, your information becomes part of your normal customer record with us.
Your choices
- You can ask us to show you or delete the personal information we hold about you. Write to [email protected] or call (727) 200-8640 — we respond within 30 days at the latest.
- If you no longer want us to contact you, reply STOP to any text message, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or simply tell us — we stop right away.
- Sending a quote means we may contact you about that quote. It does not sign you up for anything else.
How we protect your information
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold: this site is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and access to quote records is limited to our own team.
Children
This website and the quote form are intended for adults arranging cleaning services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
